Abolutely not. I don't starve my clients. You will eat normal food and you will have lots of food. This program will teach you how to eat for your physique goals. I've taught so many people to love food and find peace in their food and know how to fuel their workouts and life.  You will not eat BRO or 'CLEAN'. You will have guidelines for nutrition but you can choose what you like.  I will help with recipes!  The pics below are our clients pics!!  We love to eat!  No food is off limits!
