I'm so glad you are here! I am just sure you were over at my "About" page so you know who I am. Let me give you some solid info on custom online personal training with me.
I am an online coach so we will work together through the internet. When you get started with my program, you will start online onboarding. There is a web page that has step by step directions to help you get set up and hit the ground running! We will be able to chat inside my Trainerize app so you don't have to email me back and forth. You will give me lots of info about your goals and your schedule. You and I will figure out what you want and I'll get your plan set up for you!!! |

I totally understand
One thing to know about me is I'm very transparent in my journey. I have had lots of ups and downs in my life and I've gained weight and battled depression. I also gained 50 pounds with each of my babies!! Why would I put this on my page? Because I know how it feels to be out of shape and overweight. I understand what it takes to get from 60 pounds over weight to a normal healthy weight. I am a 57 year old bikini athlete but I also am a mom, business owner and I search for balance in my life just as much as the next person. I have found what I needed in my own program.
Ok, so here's some things to know about me as a coach so you can see if we are a good fit. I am tough but I care. I'm going to ask you to make changes that will solve your problems. I'm going to help you learn how to eat for YOUR body and train in a way that will help you be consistent. Being consistent is how you win! Stopping and starting never did anyone of us a bit of good! I'm also going to hold you accountable and you will check in with me and track your workouts and food. We are going to figure out WHY you are struggling and fix this once and for all. I'm not one for excuses. I'm asking you to stop doing things that haven't worked. I'm asking you to give up wanting all the quick fixes and keep it simple. I'm asking you to lean in to your plan and know it will work for you because this plan is ABOUT you. |

Personalized Macros
You will do a consult with your coach and upload your beginning pictures to Trainerize. I will then give you macros to get you started. Learn IIFYM Class is online and you can book in right away! In 90 min we will teach you how to master your macros!! There are on demand videos to help you understand exactly how to be successful and skip the mistakes I made!! I'll teach you basic and advanced macros and you will be excellent at both!! They way I teach them is easy peasy!! Plus, we follow sports nutrition guidelines so you will be eating for your health! No starving allowed! I have so much content for you to help you navigate everything!! Community Support

On Demand ContentThere are well over 60 on-demand videos for our clients. Everything from hacks that save you 6 months of work, to full workouts. The full workouts are in a teaching format and will help you learn how to train for amazing results in less time while working at your own level.
Check insEvery 1-2 weeks you will upload your pics and do your check in form so I can adjust your macros if needed. Your form will also give feedback on the program to help me continue to tweak it. Look at these results! These are just a few of my clients.

Who is a good fit:
Someone who can give 45-60 min to train 5x a week consistently. Someone who will complete check ins as asked and provide feedback. Someone who will follow macros track food consistently. Someone who will work hard. Must be a self starter. Must be familiar/comfortable with training/lifting. Must be willing to give feedback and upload pictures for check ins. Must be willing to follow all on-boarding instructions step by step. I promise, clients who do this, have better results!! You can take your time. This is a fully custom program The cost is $135 per month, recurring. You can cancel at any time. Once you sign up, you will receive access to our app and the on- boarding plan allow you to do all your homework online. Yes.. there is homework. I promise it will be worth it. In your gym, you have more options for equipment! If you need to do it at home, no problem! You can use DB (up to 10s, 12s) Swiss Ball and bands. Every thing is modifiable and progressive for YOU to get stronger, leaner and tighter! *Equipment needed for home workouts Click here to see pictures of everything. YOU HAVE TO HAVE EQUIPMENT Minimum equipment is 1. Stability Ball/Swiss Ball 2. Dumb bells or weights that go up to at least 12-15 pounds Adjustable ones are great too. 3. Bands: Power cords with handles /resistance band loops are great too. 4. Booty Band (hip circle) must have. 5. Mat Other things we can use: Step or Bosu. Kettle bells, You will be asked to list your equipment on the get started form. If you have more equipment, I will be happy to modify your plan to use that as well. I have to let you know your program has caused my husband to change his eating habits and he has started to use the weights I bought for your program. He is down 3 pounds. Thanks for the positive effects on my family.-Linds One thing I do like about program if I want something once in a while like a little ice cream cone I can fit in my Marcos! Think this keeps me good because I don’t feel like I messed up so the mind frame “of oh you had that oh well might as well pig out cause you blow it” is not there. Hope that makes since. Tammy Why do I love this lifestyle? 1) I just ate a bagel with cream cheese. 2) Total food freedom 3) I ate 2 servings of chips yesterday and still hit my macros. 4) I am feeling strong and getting tight. 5) I can workout at home with a fresh program every week. 6) My workout is less than an hour. 7) I’m not counting steps anymore. The food gets easier each week. Even my kids are making healthier choices. I love that. I love that it's become a family thing and not something I do on my own. It makes everything easier.
My core is getting stronger and I swear I feel some muscles under the fluff!!!! I haven't felt ab muscles ever! I'm super excited about that. Linds Just a quick note for you. It's been the worst past 6 days ever. Teaching on line, going into the building for faculty meetings, dealing with my kids learning on line (plus they have no outlet to play hard with other kids or go out b/c of the pandemic), my husband going out of town during my first week of teaching...............OMG, the universe is really throwing me some shit right now. BUT, I know when we want something, life throws obstacles to see if we are really committed to our choices. Well, I am committed. After 4 day of not exercising and sleeping about 5 hours per day due to work/family duties, I was able to get back on track. I keep eating well, but didn't move for four days and everything hurt. What is even more crazy is that I really hurt my left shoulder a while ago(rotator cuff) and right knee. Well guess what? After my workout yesterday, all the pain went away and my mind felt clear and more joyous. I don't meant to ramble, but I just want you to realize that knowing you, trusting you, and doing this program keeps me ground, sane, hopeful, and working towards a goal - the journey is never finished. Thanks, Tracy. You make such an amazing difference in people's lives. And I am eternally grateful to know you. And though it's not about weight, I am 8 lbs down from not drinking and eating mindfully :) |

I sometimes get confused on some the exercises and having you do it at least the one time is helpful. You also do a great job and are fun to follow along with Beth. Thank you so much! Also was able to buy three pairs of pants so easily!! Normally pants shopping is a nightmare for me. Megan The best part about about this program is the fact that nothing is off limits. I can still have whatever I want, I just have to find a way to fit it in my macros. I've always been a sucker for puzzles. I had an entire pint of halo top peanut butter cup ice cream the other night and it fit perfectly in my macros. No guilt. I just have to gush about this program! I have wanted a sculpted body since I started pole. Never did I dream it was achievable. That is until now. When I watched my slippery shoulder mount on my non dominant side I was shocked. I was beginning to think I was genetically flawed to not build muscle. I don't know who my father is so I truly thought maybe there was a genetic coding problem with muscle development. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for believing in me when I had doubts. Love you 🖤 |
